0c64abbd46 linux57/58-tkg: Introduce the misc-additions patch and move tty device option from base to it. 
That specific patchset breaks packaging on Ubuntu.

44e2576a42 linux57-tkg: The execution of finish_cpu when offlining cores introduced with https://git.kernel.org/pub/scm/linux/kernel/git/torvalds/linux.git/commit/?id=bf2c59fce4074e55d622089b34be3a6bc95484fb breaks suspend on our CPU schedulers. Skipping the call to fallback to idle_task_exit fixes it. 
There are other issues regarding suspend upstream but that should cover our side of the coin.

linux5*-tkg: Fix finding config fragments when $_where is a symlink (#18) 
I personally prefer to symlink the folder containing the kernel PKGBUILD
among other files to somewhere else for quicker access and with that
setup .myfrag config fragments were not getting found earlier.

The psi.c compilation error fix was added to the patchset: 53c690361e

I have also added additional compilation fixes for arch_set_thermal_pressure and sched_thermal_decay_shift that I found while working with 5.7RCs. Alfred will likely end up with similar solutions to mine when he fixes it on his end, so it should be pretty transparent.
